Upon graduating Design school in 2005 with a BFA in illustration, owner and designer Valerie Mayen couldn’t shake her inclinations to the cloth.  After a few basic courses, a city grant and mountains of books and pinpricks, she began creating for the market.  Her garments were well-received and gained national attention on the award winning reality series Project Runway where she competed to much praise in season 8. 

Valerie earned her spot in the top 6 of 17 designers, designing through 11 out of 14 episodes and winning a showcase at New York Fashion Week in September of 2010.  Since then, business has never been the same... READ MORE

Known for being the tallest drag performer in Cleveland, standing at least 7’ tall, you cannot miss her as she strolls around the room.
